Clashes renew between government forces and Houthis in Taiz, coalition bomb sites in al Mocha

Fierce clashes broke out on Thursday between the government forces and the Houthis and allied forces in the south of al Wazieyah district, western Taiz city, according to filed sources.

The field sources stated to Almasdaronline that other violent fighting, accompanied by exchanged artillery shelling, was also raging in Kahbob area of al Madharebah district, which is part of al Dhali' governorate.

 

"Similar confrontations are also flaring up in the mountainous areas of al Mahawla and al Mansora areas, and in the bordering areas between al Wazieyah and al Madharebah".

 

The sources also said that the clashes also renewed between the two sides south of Thawbat district, and casualties fell from the Houthi militants, but no specific toll was reported.

 

On the other hand, the fighters of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition have launched two airstrikes on ammunition stores and gatherings of the Houthis and allied forces in al Mocha city, western Taiz governorate on the Red Sea coast.
