The Saudi authorities announced Tuesday that five civilians were injured in shelling launched by the militants of the Houthi group and forces loyal to former president Saleh on Najran city, adjacent to the Yemeni borders.

The Civil Defense Services of Najran stated that “it had received a report about the fall of military projectiles fired from the Yemeni territory, and five Saudi citizens were injured, including a women and a child girl”.

It is noteworthy that the fighting between the Houthis-Saleh forces and the Saudi forces escalated early this week, and the Saudi army had announced fending off Houthis attacks on al Tewal border port.
