The Islah party has demanded that the government exercise its functions in accordance with a transparent and publicly stated budget based on the collection and supply of state resources from gas, oil, minerals, taxes, customs, etc. to the State treasury of the Central Bank of Yemen.

It called on President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and the government to activate the general State institutions--the House of Representatives, the shura, the judiciary, the central authority for oversight and accountability, and the reconstitution of a national anti-corruption body--so that these institutions can play their role in monitoring and curbing the sources of financial and administrative corruption.

The measures taken by the Government to halt the deterioration of the local currency were an important step in the economic aspect, and he called for it to be part of a comprehensive economic recovery and real-value stabilization program.

The reform party emphasized the need for action to be effective and sustainable, stressing that it should be implemented during the period ending 2018 wherever possible.

He urged the Government to prepare the program on economic stability, infrastructure reform and the promotion of the investment climate.

it called for "the return of the government and the leaders of the State and the cooperation and support of the Arab coalition to exercise their functions from Yemeni territory, to engage the people and to touch their concerns closely to restore confidence and effectiveness and to provide a positive model from the liberated governorates."

He attributed the roots of the economic and social deterioration to the devastation, destruction, and war on the economic viability of the state caused by the Houthis ' coup d'état on legitimacy and the State.

The reform has confirmed that economic deterioration is only a kind of systematic action by the coup d'état to destroy the economic, security, political, cultural and social pillars of the State.
