Referring to that Al-Thawrah is just a sample of the general situation of looting food aid, Al-Najri said: "of course statements not only for Al-Thawrah Foundation staff but also a number of institutions and ministries".
Organizations of the United Nations and other international organizations rely on a network of local institutions created recently by the powerful Houthi group to grab the relief and assistance of international organizations and distributed to combatants in the ranks and convert the rest to the black market.
Yemeni activists accused international organizations of colluding with looters of relief items and silence about those actions in exchange of assist organizations on the ongoing implementation of programmes in Yemen.
