Limited clashes between two factions of Emirati-backed forces south of Shabwah with no causalities

Limited clashes erupted Wednesday afternoon between two factions of the Emirati-backed "elite" forces at the Al-Saeed junction in the Southern district of Shabwah Province, south of the country.

A military source told "Al-Masdar online" that the commander of Nesab zone of the elite forces Abu Bakr al-Duwaili refused to stop at the al-Saeed junction point of the elite as well, while passing by and firing into the air.

The firing from Duwaili prompted the forces stationed at Alsaeed Junction to react, with limited clashes between the parties, which ended with the arrest of Duwaili and transfered to Belhaf prison, without causing casualties.

The source explained that the disagreement between the two parties was due to the repositioning  issued by the leadership of Al-Saeed axis, among the members of the axis and a number of military positions, which was rejected by Al-Duwaili.

He pointed out that the leadership of Nesab area refuses to join the leadership of Al-Saeed  axis, and demanded the establishment of its own axis, as a result of tribal differences and geographical area with the forces stationed at Al-Saeed junction .
