Saudi declares soldier dead in Houthi bombing

The Saudi security authorities declared on Saturday evening the death of a Saudi security soldier on the borders with Yemen in a shelling attack by the Houthi and Saleh forces.


The Saudi Interior Ministry security spokesman stated that "one of the border centers was attacked by Houthi elements from the Yemeni territory, but the attack was dealt with."


 "The clashes also broke out between the two sides, in which the soldier Sultan bin Ayed Farhan Alsharari was injured and then died before arriving to the hospital.''


It is noteworthy that violent clashes have been flaring up in the Yemeni-Saudi borders since mid last year between the Houthi and allied forces with the Saudi army forces from, which often result in casualties.
