Witnesses: Houthi militants wage abduction campaign against civilians northern Sana'a

The Houthi militants and the forces loyal to former president Ali Abdullah Saleh waged on Sunday an abduction campaign against the civilians at Hamdan district, north of the capital Sana'a, eyewitnesses said.

 

The eyewitnesses told Almasdaronline that a number of military vehicles carrying dozens of militants have stormed Madam village of Hamdan and abducted five civilians, while the campaign was still ongoing.

"The abductees so far are Ali Mohamed Qozaa, Jamal Mahdi Ali, Ali Jaber Hadi, Mused Ahsan Hadi, and Shawqi Mohammed Abdullah".

 

The Houthi rebels have stepped up the kidnapping of their opponents and have taken dozens in similar campaigns since the beginning of 2015 into an unknown detention places.
