13Houthi casualties arrive in al Thawra hospital in Ibb – source

A medical source said that a number of dead and wounded elements from the Houthis - Saleh forces arrived on Saturday to the al Thawra Public Hospital in Ibb city, central Yemen.

 

The source added that the emergency department of the al Thawra Hospital received 10 wounded elements of the Houthis-Saleh forces came from the fighting fronts in Taiz, where violent confrontations between the pro-government forces and the coup militias are flaring.

 

The hospital mortuary also received three other dead bodies for coup militiamen, bringing the number of the dead and wounded militants to 13. Added the source.

 

Some Houthi figures were among the wounded elements, including Abu Badr Saif, Abu Mehran, Abu Muhammad, and Abu Khaled, and others, some of them with critical cases and were transferred to the capital Sana’a.”

 

 

Other medical sources said that a number of other wounded Houthis-Saleh militants were taken to al Nasr and al Kanadi hospitals, and to other private hospitals in Ibb city.

 

It is noteworthy that the various departments of al Thawra Public Hospital are filled with wounded elements of the Houthis-Saleh militias who have increased during the past few days, especially with the intensification of the armed confrontations west of Taiz.

 

Since they seized control of Ibb province mid-October 2014, the Houthis- Saleh militias have made al Thawra Public Hospital the main center for treatment of their wounded militants.
