Pro-government forces seize four villages in Mozza after fighting against Houthis

The pro-government forces, backed by the popular resistance, seized control on Saturday of four villages and mountainous sites eastern Mozza district in eastern Taiz province, southwestern Yemen, after fighting against the Houthis-Saleh forces.

 

A military source told Almasdaronline that the pro-government forces, backed by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition forces, had taken control of al Uaisam, al Hajefah, al Dhuwaiha, and Dar Da'asin villages, in addition to Rishan mount and other mountainous sites eastern Mozza.

 

The fighting between the two sides expanded near Khalid Bin al Walid military camp and eastern Mozza, and 9 Houthi militants were killed and 10 others wounded”.

 

On the other hand, two pro-government soldiers were killed in the fighting and four others wounded. Added the source.

 

Meanwhile, the Saudi-led Arab Coalition aircrafts launched 10 air raids on Houthis-Saleh sites in Khalid camp and Al-Waza'i junction, killing 7 Houthis and injuring 10 others, and destroying three military vehicles and two artillery.
