Pro-government forces advances, cut off Houthis’ second supply line west of Taiz

The pro-government forces reinforced on Saturday evening its advancement eastern and southeastern Mozza district of Taiz province, southwest of Yemen, and cut off the second main supply line for the Houthis linking the west of Taiz and north of Lahj.

 

 

A source in the field told Almasdaronline that the pro-government forces had cut off the Houthis’ supply line linking the western areas of Taiz to the north of Lahj.

 

This is the second Houthi supply line cut off by the pro-government forces in less than half a month.

 

This was a severe blow to the Houthis, which reduces the risk of their missile threats on Bab el-Mandeb and the coast of Taiz”.

 

Meanwhile, the pro-government forces took control of three positions south and east of Khalid camp, and seized heavy and medium weapons, including Katyusha rockets launcher, anti-aircraft missiles, and RPGs, according to the source.
