President Hadi appoints Aden governor, reshuffles government

The Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi issued on Thursday evening several republican decrees, including ministerial reshuffles in the government of Ahmed bin Dagher, state media said.

 

President Hadi issued a decree appointing Abdul Aziz al-Maflhi as governor of the southern Aden city, the interim capital of Yemen, following Eidros al-Zubaidi, who was appointed an ambassador in the Foreign Ministry, Saba news agency reported.

 

President Hadi also issued a decree appointing Judge Gamal Mohamed Omar as Minister of Justice, Ibtehaj Al-Kamal as Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, Mohammad Mohsen Askar as Minister of Human Rights, and Maeen Abdul Malik as Minister of Public Works”.

 

Samir Mohsen Al-Sheibani was also appointed deputy minister of human rights”.
