Government forces on Wednesday took control of new sites following clashes with Houthi militants and forces loyal to former president Ali Saleh in al Kadaha area of Ma’afr district in western Taiz province, southwest Yemen.
A military source told Almasderonline that government forces took control of Sawda and Hamra hills overlooking houthi supply line in Darb hill..
Clashes are still underway between Gov't forces and coup militias toward Kadaha souk as two sides exchanging heavy artillery shelling till now (4:45 pm).
7 militants of houthi rebels including the leader Tarq Kawkb ,known as Abu Hudhaifah, killed today and others injured during the battles, according to the source.
