Associated Press agency quoted Yemeni security officials saying that Saudi forces have arrived Friday to Aden port southern Yemen, and were deployed at the presidential palace, port, and airport. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to spoke to journalists.

However, the Emirati and Yemeni forces were in control of the vital facilities including the port, the airport and Maasheq Palace, where President Hadi and his government were supposed to reside.

In the same time, Southern activists posted on their social media pages information about the Saudi forces deployment in the main facilities instead of the UAE troops, and posted pictures and videos of military vehicles and mechanisms.

These developments came in coincide with the Yemeni President Abdu Rabo Mansour Hadi meeting with Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, and his visit to the Kingdom of Morocco.

It is worth mentioning that the Yemeni Government relationship with the UAE forces in Aden has been unstable during the last period, as both sides have issued official statements regarding that.
