Government forces control a mountain in al Jawf, casualties in battles western Taiz

A military source said that the government forces backed up by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition aircrafts took control on Thursday of Jarad mountain after fierce fighting against the Houthis-Saleh forces northern al Motun district western al Jawf province, northeastern Yemen.

 

The source told Almasdaronline that seven Houthis were killed and others wounded, from the other side, five government forces, including a colonel, were killed and others wounded.

 

In Taiz, 15 Houthis were killed, 17 others were injured, also two government soldiers killed, five others wounded in fierce fighting, artillery shelling, between the two sides in Mozza and Maqbana districts.

 

Moreover, Coalition aircrafts also launched three air raids on the Houthis northern al Hamili region.
