23 Houthi killed in Harad, continuous battles in Taiz, reconnaissance aircraft down in al Jawf

Septembernet, official news website said that 23 militants from the Houthi-Saleh forces, including a senior commander called Abu Amjad al-Jabri were killed by air raids of the Saudi-led Arab coalition aircrafts and the government forces in Haradh in Hajjah province in northwestern Yemen.

In the context, the Yemeni army repelled a violent attack launched by the Houthis in Hamli area western Taiz province, south-western Yemen while fighting continued in Al Selow district, southern the province.

 

A military source told Almasdaronline that the coalition aircrafts launched two air raids on the Houthis gatherings eastern al Hamlin district, in coincidence with the battles, killing 11 of them and wounding 8 others.

 

''Government forces have cleared the al Sayar village and its market, also the mountains in al Selow district, after fierce fighting lasted 24 hours.''

 

In Saada, the stronghold of the Houthi group, Almasdaronline reporter said that unprecedented fighting and heavy mutual shelling of artillery and rockets broke out between the Saudi army and the Houthis in al Dhaiah, al Hasamah of Shada and al Dhahir border districts in al Khouba region.

 

In addition to that, a military source said that the army shot down in the last four days, the third reconnaissance aircraft of the Houthi group in al Muttoun district of al Jouf province, northwestern Yemen, while it was filming sites of Ham front in the district.
