China and Britain confirm support for legitimacy. Prime Minister: Despite what happened in Aden, we trust Saudi Arabia and we will not hesitate to do our duty

Prime Minister Maeen Abdul Malik discussed developments in Aden in light of the coup d'état of the Southern Transitional Council militias and the ongoing efforts of the Saudi-led Coalition for the Support of Legitimacy to contain the insurgency and restore normalcy.

The Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Yemen, Kang Yong, and the United Kingdom's ambassador to Yemen, Michael Aaron, were greeted separately on Sunday, as the state-run Saba news agency reported.

In the two meetings, the prime minister renewed the confidence of the government and the Yemeni people in the active role of Saudi Arabia in containing events in the interim capital Aden, and moving towards completing the goals of the coalition in restoring the state and aborting the Iranian project and the danger it poses to the security and stability of the region and the world.

Yemen's Prime Minister said the decisive joint battle of his government and the Arab Coalition is against the Iranian agenda in the country.

In a meeting with the British ambassador to Yemen Michael Aron her Sunday, Maeen Abdulmalek said the government won't allow any rebel group to create any new turbulences to deflect its attention from this goal.

He spoke highly of the Saudi-led Coalition's role in helping with resolving the regrettable coup issue in Aden to get the government back to the temporary capital so as to be able to service the public and work on ending the Houthi sectarian insurgency in the north.

The British ambassador renewed his country's support to the Yemeni government in the face of any moves that undermine the state security and support to the ongoing efforts to restore the internationally recognized state in Yemen.
