Government forces advance 12 km in Haradh and reach the outskirts of al-Mazraq

Government forces were able to advance about 12 kilometers in areas under the control of Houthi militias in the north-western district of Haradh.

Al-Masdar Online correspondent said that the special forces, led by Brigadier Mohammed al-Hajouri, had been advancing for the past week, up to 12 kilometers from the north-west of Hajjah province to the military point on the entrance of the area and the market of al-mzraq camp on the border with Sa'dah Governorate.

The correspondent pointed out that the Special Forces Brigade of the legitimate government standing only one kilometer from the area of al-Mazraq after it managed to liberate Wadi Haradh, Wadi Alzaghlol, Fateha village, and Bani al-Haddad village.

The northern and northwestern regions of Yemen have been experiencing violent confrontations between government forces and the Houthis, during which government forces have made remarkable progress and dominated a number of areas, notably the Hayran district of Hajjah Governorate.
