Four civilians killed and two injured, including a child, by shelling of Houthis on Hayran in Hajjah

Four civilians were killed and a child and a woman were injured Sunday in a bombing attack on a house in the Hayran district of Hajjah Province, a local source said.

The source told Al-Masdar online that the Houthis launched artillery shelling on the village of al-back, south of Hayran District, and that one of the shells targeted the house of Ali Khamis Hayrani, killing him with his wife and two daughters.

He added that the only eight-month-old Hayrani child was badly injured after several fragments were scattered in his body, and another woman from the nearby family was wounded.

The Houthis routinely carry out artillery villages and houses of civilians in the government-controlled Hayran district, often resulting in deaths and injuries, as a civilian was killed last Thursday, and his wife and daughters were hit by similar shelling.
