First mortality  of suspected swine flu case recorded in Ibb

A medical source told the Almasdar online that a reported death of the citizen was recorded as the doctors diagnosed his case that he had swine flu (N1H1) Two days after he entered the hospital during which he entered the intensive care room until he passed away.

The patient, who worked as a criminal investigation officer at a provincial police station, had been hospitalized after having flu symptoms but had died two days after post-admission.

The official authorities of the Health Bureau in the province of Ibb did not announce the epidemic or comment on the detection of the first death to the moment.

Swine flu viruses infect cells in the lining of the nose, throat, and lungs and enter the virus into the human body when inhaled a contaminated spray or a live virus from a contaminated surface to the eyes, nose or mouth and symptoms after the virus incubation period of three days.
