A women's vigil in Sanaa denounces security chaos and abduction of girls


Dozens of women and girls in Sanaa staged a protest on Saturday, denouncing the insecurity and the recurrence of incidents of abduction of girls in the occupied Yemeni capital by the Houthis.

Recent incidents of disappearance of girls in the capital, Sana'a, have recently been repeated.

Two days ago, a 12-year-old girl disappeared in “Aser " area in Sana'a, her name  "Ghadeer Mohammed Ali Ghanem al-ASri ".

The child's family said she had gone out of school in “Aser” neighborhood and had not reached the house.

The family distributed the image of the disappeared Child on social media and asked those who found her to contact the telephone attached to the photograph.

A source close to the family told the "Al-Masdar online " that her family, while searching for the child, found her school bag and a jacket worn over the school uniforms, which were thrown on the street, between the house and the school.
