Government forces shoot down a Houthi drone in Al-Drihmi, south of Hodeidah


Government forces shot down a reconnaissance drone belonging to the Houthi militias on Wednesday morning, in southern Hodeidah province in western Yemen.

A military source told Al-Masdar Online that government forces shot down a reconnaissance drone, which was flying over the Drihmi directorate south of Hodeidah.

The source said the reconnaissance plane was monitoring and photographing the positions and locations of government forces on the Al- Drihmi fronts.

In a related context, Houthi militias shelled with 120-caliber mortars, 82-caliber shells and Howitzer shells the government forces positions east of al-Saleh, east of Hodeidah, on Wednesday afternoon.
